The would-be universal times that I’m referring to are the standard time zones which are used around the world. Fortunately, Roblox has made it so that we can use the same tier list for all of the time zones we want to use.
For the people who are new to Roblox, it is a game that can be played without any set in stone rules. You can create your own roblox game and add roblox items, such as roblox guns, roblox cars, roblox skins, roblox characters and so on. The roblox items can be bought from roblox stores and you can also make your own roblox items. The roblox items can be either normal roblox items or roblox items with special effects.

A Universal Time, or AUT in Roblox, has received a new update that includes a rebalanced meta for both PvE and PvP. If you want to remain relevant in Roblox: A Universal Time, you need keep up with the finest stands.
Some of the characters have kept their high ratings, while others have been severely nerfed, so upgrading them is pointless unless you just want to play your favorite stand once again.
S-Tier Displays
Gaster
Gaster from Undertale is the epitome of a dangerous character that can be used in both PvE and PvP situations.
You wish to use his Hand Summon ability. It enables you to conjure seven hands that simultaneously punch opponents, causing them to explode at the conclusion of the assault.
If you need to go to a particular location, utilize Patience Rope, which captures opponents and transfers you there.
He can also heal himself and his friends for 50 HP, which is a very important ability.
Gojo
This is a one-trick pony who only does one thing: do a lot of damage. But that isn’t why you want Gojo; it’s his short cooldown periods that make him so attractive.
His LMB Combo strike has a very short cooldown of just 0.5 seconds, enabling you to deal up to 25 points of damage each hit.
Gojo also has an ability called Instant Teleport that has no cooldown. You have complete freedom to roam about the arenas and inflict damage in a very quick and effective manner.
Sakuya
Because of her Timestop and Killing Doll abilities, this stance is very intriguing.
The first enables you to slow down time so you can deliver accurate strikes or dodges. The second one, on the other hand, fires a barrage of knives towards the selected opponent, inflicting up to 90 points of damage.
The knives on the last move have a large range, which may be used as an AoE, and the damage is very high with a short cooldown of just 10 seconds.
A-Tier Displays
Goku
Goku is not a normal character in terms of movesets owing to his shapeshifting ability, Ki, which allows him to transform into nine different forms, each with its unique set of strengths and weaknesses.
His Ultra Instinct form, for example, is nearly game-winning on its own, but when combined with his Spirit Bomb, you’ll be severely punished. Mastering Goku and his forms requires a lot of expertise, yet he can be very strong.
Nocturnus
This stand’s cooldowns aren’t as low as Gojo’s, but his damage output is almost same. In addition, nearly all of his strikes inflict bleed damage, making up for the somewhat longer cooldown periods.
Leash Slash, Gnash Slash, and Flash Slash are his three greatest moves. Each of these strikes has a damage output of up to 50 points, which is comparable to Gaster, the current top-tier character.
Heaven Over the World (TWOH)
TWOH is known for his very difficult to dodge or escape combinations.
His LMB Combo includes a stomp, a left kick, a right kick, a left punch, and a left kick. The combination occurs so quickly that many players are unable to react in time, resulting in over 50 points of damage.
Stands in the B-Tier
Sans
Sans is the character to choose if you wish to escape strikes when it comes to avoiding combinations.
Sans can suspend all opponents in the air with his Bone Guard and HEH techniques in the first scenario, or teleport behind their backs in the second situation.
Bait may also be used to keep attackers from catching up to you. His movements are all one-of-a-kind, but they also have a steep learning curve.
Requiem For The World (STWR)
This stand has a lot of physical damage as well as energy missiles.
Use his Shadow Barrage move to deliver 62 points of damage to a target opponent with a succession of rapid blows and a final punch.
The Energy projectile of His Shadow acts as an AoE, striking everyone within range. The greatest thing is that you may charge it up for a short period of time to do even more damage, but you’ll be defenseless for a while.
King Crimson is a rock band from the United Kingdom.
King Crimson is a solid character with some excellent attacks, but his King Crimson Disguise ability is his most distinguishing characteristic.
This action enables you to temporarily assume a new identity, including your server username. For perfectly obvious reasons, this will perplex your adversaries!
If you want to play some amusing games with your server friends, get him.
