The latest version of Apple’s operating system, iOS 14 May Arrive With Widgets and New Wallpaper Settings. Most small changes are in the ‘under-the-hood’ areas that won’t be noticed by users but will help developers create better apps in the future. More significant updates include one for Siri which allows you to set default responses if your favorite song is playing in your car or home without having to open any app at all. Another change lets people choose their own wallpaper on certain iPhones, iPads and iPod touches with new options like Spacey Blue or Light Grey
iOS 14 is expected to arrive with a new wallpaper settings. The new features are likely to be released in May, 2019.

The wallpapers are shown in their respective categories in the screenshots. For the time being, we can see “Classic Stripes” in the screenshot. However, according to 9to5Mac, the code for categories like “Earth & Moon” and “Flowers” was also discovered.

Along with this, we’re seeing reports of a widget screen. According to the leaks, 9to5Mac is reporting the same thing. You’ll notice two panels in the attached tweet: one displaying the wallpaper and the other showing a simple backdrop color depending on the selected wallpaper. Apple may seem to be working on foldable screens, but this is not the case.

Furthermore, it’s possible that this is Apple’s strategy for making the home screen less awkward with widgets. On iOS 14, the Home Screen Appearance option allows the user to choose his wallpaper as a basic color backdrop, a smart gradient, or any other wallpaper.
We can already tell that iOS 14 is going to be a fun release based on the features. Although it may seem that iOS is copying functionality from Android, keep in mind that Android has already gained several features from iOS. During WWDC in June, we’ll learn more about the iOS 14 release.
